优质护理应用于脑卒中术后患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对脑卒中术后患者临床效果。方法方便选择漯河医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2014年6月—2015年6月收治的80例确诊为脑卒中合并偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预措施,观察组给予优质护理综合干预措施。比较两组患者不同治疗时期上下肢运动功能(FM)、日常生活活动能力指数(Barthhel)评价、GQOLI-74生活质量评价变化。结果护理干预第7周观察组患者FM与Barthhel得分明显高于对照组(上肢FM得分(66.50±7.60)VS(56.25±11.38),下肢FM得分(70.50±9.37)VS(62.05±8.75);上肢Barthhel得分(38.88±9.83)VS(33.85±7.56),下肢Barthhel得分(39.32±8.59)VS(33.22±9.15),P<0.05);治疗12周后两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能各项指标得分均明显高于治疗前,且观察组同一时点各项指标均高于对照组水平(P<0.05);观察组患者对优质护理措施满意度达95%远高于对照组65%的水平(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有助于脑卒中患者术后肢体运动功能的改善和生活自理能力的恢复,患者认可度高,值得在临床护理工作中不断总结和完善。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of quality care for stroke patients.Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of stroke patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given high quality nursing comprehensive intervention measures.Compared the two groups of patients with different treatment period on the lower limb motor function（FM）, the daily life activity ability index（Barthhel） evaluation, GQOLI-74 quality of life evaluation.Results Nursing intervention in the 7th week observation group patients with FM and Barthhel score was significantly higher than that of the control group（upper limb FM score was（66.50±760） vs（56.25±11.38）, lower extremity FM score（70.50±937） vs（62.05±8.75）; upper limb Barthhel score of the（38.88±983） vs（33.85±7.56）, lower extremity Barthhel score of the（39.32±8.59） vs（33.22±9.15）,（P〈0.05）;after 12 weeks of treatment, two groups of patients with physical function, psychological function, social function index score were significantly higher than that in the treatment, and the observation group at the same time point indicators were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; observation group of high quality nursing satisfaction reached 95% much higher than that of the control group, 65% of the level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Help restore quality care, recognition is high in patients with stroke and improve limb motor function of daily living, it is worth in clinical nursing work constantly review and improve.
