腹腔镜结直肠癌肝转移一期切除术临床应用可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜(LS)结直肠癌肝转移(CRCLM)一期切除术在临床应用中的可行性。方法方便选取2014年6月—2015年12月该院收治的68例CRCLM患者,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予常规开腹肝肿瘤及结直肠癌切除术治疗,研究组给予腹腔镜结直肠癌肝转移一期切除术治疗,对比两组术中出血量、术程、肛门排气时间、清扫淋巴结阳性数、住院天数及并发症发生率。结果研究组术程、肛门排气时间及住院天数明显短于对照组、术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组清扫淋巴结阳性个数为(222.1±18.2)个,对照组为(227.7±12.9)个,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为29.4%,明显低于对照组的67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌肝转移一期切除术临床应用安全、可靠,值得推广。Objective To explore Inquiry laparoscopic（LS） of colorectal cancer liver metastases（CRCLM） the feasibility of resection in a clinical application.. Methods Convenient select June 2014 to December 2015 were treated 68 cases CRCLM were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases each. The control group received conventional abdominal tumor and liver resection of colorectal cancer, study group received laparoscopic liver metastases of colorectal cancer a resection, compared two groups of blood loss, surgery process, flatus, lymph nodes positive, hospital stay and complication rates. Results The surgery study group, anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group, the blood loss was significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; the number of positive lymph nodes study group was（222.1 ± 18.2） months the control group（227.7 ± 12.9） months, compared to no significant difference（P〉0.05）; postoperative complications occurred study group was 29.4%, significantly lower than the 67.6% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic liver metastases of colorectal cancer surgery a clinical application is safe, reliable, worthy of promotion.
