子宫切除术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫切除术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关因素。方法方便选取该院子宫切除术后出现下肢深静脉血栓形成患者25例作为观察组,再选取子宫切除术后未出现下肢深静脉血栓形成患者25例作为对照组,收治时间在2012年1月—2015年12月期间,将两组患者输血史、糖尿病、高血压、肥胖、PT-INR、Fib、PLT指标进行对比。结果观察组PT-INR(1.21±0.09)%、Fib(3.72±1.65)g/L、PLT(245.48±56.72)×109/L等与对照组比较明显更有优势,P<0.05;研究组患者输血史为8.00%、糖尿病为12.00%、高血压为8.00%、肥胖为4.00%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫切除术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成与输血史、糖尿病、高血压、肥胖、实验室指标密切相关。Objective To analysis the hysterectomy patients after lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the related factors.Methods Convenient selected in our hospital hysterectomy appears lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation of25 patients as the observation group, and then select the uterus resection after does not appear lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation in 25 patients as control group, treated time during the January 2012 to December 2015, the two groups in patients with a history of blood transfusion, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, PT-INR, FIB, PLT compared. Results Observation group PT-INR（1.21 ± 0.09）%, FIB（372 ± 1.65） g / L, PLT（245.48 ± 56.72）×109/L, and the control group is more obvious advantages, P value of less than 0.05; study group of patients with a history of blood transfusion was 8.00%,diabetes was 12.00%, hypertension 8.00%, obesity was 4.00%, significantly lower than that of the controls（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after hysterectomy was closely related to the history of blood transfusion,diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and laboratory indexes.
