探索手术后使用医用几丁糖预防术后肠粘连的效果

摘　　要：目的分析在手术后使用医用几丁糖对术后肠粘连的预防效果。方法方便选取2011年4月—2015年12月收治的500例接受腹部手术的患者为研究对象,在征得患者本人同意的情况下,随机将500名患者分为观察组(n=250)和对照组(n=250);对照组患者在手术完成后直接关腹;观察组患者则在关腹操作前使用医用几丁糖,比较两组患者的肛门排气时间(h)、肠鸣音恢复时间(h)、住院时间(d)以及肠粘连发生率和程度。结果统计结果显示,观察组患者在术后肛门排气时间为(37.2±6.9)d、肠鸣音恢复时间为(38.1±4.2)h、住院时间为(10.2±2.0)d,肠粘连发生率为10.00%,四项指标比较均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生任何严重的不良反应。结论对接受腹部手术患者使用医用几丁糖能够有效降低肠粘连的发生率和程度,对于促进患者的康复具有较好的效果,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of using chitosan after surgery on postoperative intestinal adhesions.Methods Convenient selection from April 2011 to December 2015 of 500 cases underwent abdominal surgery patients as the research object, under the consent of the consent of the patients, randomly 500 patients divided into observation group（n = 250） and control group（n = 250）. Patients in the control group after the surgery was completed in direct abdominal closure. Patients in the observation group, before closing the abdominal operation using chitosan, compared two groups of patients with anal exhaust time（h）, bowel sounds recovery time（h）, hospitalization time（d） and intestinal adhesion occurrence rate and degree. Results The statistical results showed that the observation group patients in the postoperative anal exhaust time for（37.2± 6.9）d, bowel sounds recovery time was（38.1 ± 4.2） h, duration of hospital stay was（10.2 ± 2.0）d,the incidence of intestinal adhesion rate was 10.00%, four indexes comparison were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）; two groups of patients did not occur any serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The use of medical chitosan for patients undergoing abdominal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of intestinal adhesion, and has good effect on the rehabilitation of patients, it is worth learning from.
