摘　　要：目的分析在对肝脾损伤患者诊断过程中使用超声诊断的临床效果。方法方便收集该院2014年11月—2016年3月期间诊治的50例肝脾损伤患者作为研究对象,采用高低频超声对所有患者进行检查,并在诊断完成后和手术诊断的资料进行对比性的分析。结果该次研究中包膜下破裂患者6例、中央破裂患者10例、包膜破裂患者34例,和手术后确诊资料进行对比后发现,诊断的准确率为96%。结论超声诊断的手段能够对肝脾损伤患者起到非常好的临床诊断效果,其诊断的准确率和手术病理确诊几乎相同,可以作为对肝脾损伤患者诊断的首选方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with the diagnosis of liver and spleen injury. Methods Convenient collected in our hospital in November 2014 to March 2016 period diagnosis and treatment of50 cases of liver and spleen injury patients as the research object by high frequency ultrasound examination performed on all patients, and comparative analysis in the after completion of the diagnosis and surgical diagnosis information. Results In this study, 6 cases of rupture patients, 10 cases of central rupture and 34 cases of capsule rupture were found. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 96%. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis means can of liver injury in patients with very good clinical diagnosis effect. The diagnostic accurate rate and proved by surgery and pathology is almost the same, as is the method of choice for patients with a diagnosis of liver injury.
