摘　　要：目前医患矛盾日趋尖锐,医学鉴定(医疗事故技术鉴定、医疗损害鉴定)在处理医疗纠纷中的作用举足轻重,而颈部手术中患者喉返神经损伤也屡见不鲜,为了给鉴定工作中出现类似案例提供参考,该文以手术中患者出现喉返神经损伤为出发点,通过不同损伤情况,剖析因果关系,建立喉返神经损伤的鉴定路径。Confliction between doctor-patients is increasing, medical identification（including identification of medical accidents and damage） plays a pivotal role in the medical disputes. Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in patients with neck surgery is common, in order to provide reference in identifying the medical work, herein, we analyzed the different injury and causality in patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, and established path of identification of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.
