血清乙肝病毒大蛋白在HBeAg阴性与低水平HBV-DNA乙肝患者中的检测意义

摘　　要：目的分析血清乙肝病毒大蛋白在HBeAg阴性与低水平HBV-DNA乙肝患者中的检测意义。方法方便选取该院2015年5—12月期间收治的150例乙肝患者以及150名参与体检的健康群众作为该次实验的研究对象,根据其病情性质的差异,将参与实验的成员分为2个不同的组别,乙肝患者为对研究组,健康群众为对照组,平均每个小组的成员均为150例,对两组成员均采取酶联免疫吸附的试验,对其检测指标的差异进行观察与分析。结果通过比较得知,HBV-LP浓度与HBV-DNA拷贝数存在着正相关的联系,其浓度随着其拷贝数的提高而增加,HBV-DNA拷贝数〈103,其HBV-LP浓度为9.82,DNA拷贝数为103~105,其HBV-LP浓度为15.43,DNA拷贝数为105,其HBV-LP浓度为92.76,健康群众的HBV-LP浓度为0.22。数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组（健康群众）的HBV-LP阳性率（0.00%）与研究组（乙肝患者）阳性率（72.73%、82.76%、96.36%）比较,存在着明显的差异,数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。乙肝患者HBV-DNA、HBV-Pre SI与HBeAg的阳性率明显低于HBV-LP,数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血清乙肝病毒大蛋白在HBeAg阴性与低水平HBV-DNA乙肝患者中的检测意义显著,可对患者的乙肝活性与肝脏的受损状况以及病情的发展情况等进行有效的反应,对其病情的诊断以及病情变化情况的掌握有着明显的意义,具有在临床上广泛推广的价值。Objective To analyze the significance of serum hepatitis B virus large protein in patients with HBeAg negative and low levels of hepatitis B virus HBV-DNA. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital during May to December 2015 treated 150 cases of hepatitis b patients and 150 cases in medical health the masses as the research object of this experiment, based on the differences of the nature of the illness, will participate in the experiment is divided into two different categories, the members of hepatitis b patients to the team, health people as control group, the members of each team were an average of 150 cases, for both the group members take enzyme-linked immunosorbent experiment, to observe difference of the detection index and analysis.Results By comparing that HBV- LP concentration and HBV- DNA copy number there exists a positive correlation, as its concentration increases with the increase of the copy number, HBV-DNA copy number 〈103,its HBV-LP concentration was 9.82, DNA copy number was 103 ~105, and its HBV-LP concentration was15.43,DNA copy number was 105, the concentration of HBV-LP was 92.76, healthy people＇s HBV-LP concentrationwas 0.22. The data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Control group（healthy people）- LP HBV positive rate（0.00%）, and the team（hepatitis b patients） positive rate（72.73%, 82.76%, 96.36%）, there are significant differences, the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Hepatitis b patients with HBV- DNA, HBV- Pre SI with HBeAg positive rate significantly lower than the HBV- LP, data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The significance of detection of serum hepatitis B virus large protein in HBeAg negative and low level of HBV-DNA in hepatitis B patients are significant,which can be effective in patients with hepatitis B activity and liver damage and the development of the disease and so on,and it has obvious significance in the diagnosis of the disease and the change of the condition of the disea
