有创动脉血压管路抽弃量对患者血气分析及诊断性失血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨有创动脉血压管路抽弃量对患者血气分析及诊断性失血的影响。方法方便选取2016年1—6月火箭军总医院重症医学科150例急性脑出血术后患者为研究对象,随机分为3组:抽弃1 m L组、抽弃2 m L组、抽弃5m L组,每组50例,比较自患者有创动脉血压管路抽弃1 m L、2 m L、5 m L冲洗液及稀释血液后所取血标本的血气分析结果及每组患者住院7 d内的采血次数及采血量。结果自患者有创动脉血压管路抽弃1、2、5 m L冲洗液及稀释血液后所取血标本的血气分析结果各组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者住院7 d内采血次数各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者住院7 d内采血量抽弃1 m L组(146.07±2.36)m L、抽弃2 m L组(226.38±2.06)m L、抽弃5 m L组(405.10±3.80)m L,各组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自患者有创动脉血压管路抽弃1 m L、2 m L、5 m L冲洗液及稀释血液后所取血标本的血气分析结果比较均无统计学意义,自有创动脉血压管路抽弃1 m L冲洗液及稀释血液既能够减少患者诊断性失血,又能够保证血气分析结果的准确性。Objective To investigate the effect of blood gas analysis and diagnostic loss in patients with invasive arterial blood pressure pipeline pumping. Methods Convenient collected from January to June 2016, 150 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage in the Intensive Care Unint of The General Hospital of the PLA Rocket Force, the patients were randomly divided into 3 groups：the 1 m L group, the 2 m L group and the 5 m L group,each group of 50 cases,to compare the blood gas analysis results of blood samples taken from patients with invasive arterial blood pressure pipeline pumping disposable 1 m L,2 m L,5 m L flushing fluid and diluted blood samples and blood collection times and blood sampling rate of 7days in each group. Results Since patients with invasive arterial blood pressure pipeline pumping abandoned 1 m L, 2 m L, 5 m L washing liquid and diluted blood taken from blood samples of blood gas analysis results between groups differences had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）; patients hospitalized within 7 days of blood collection frequency between groups differences had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）; patients hospitalized within 7 days of blood collection volume pumping abandoned 1 m L group（146.07±2.36）m L, pumping abandoned 2 m L group（22.638±2.06） m L, pumping between each group（405.10±3.80） m L5 m L discarding group differences were statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There were no significant differences in blood gas analysis results of blood samples taken from patients with invasive arterial blood pressure and the blood gas analysis of 1 m L,2 m L,5 m L flushing fluid and diluted blood samples,self invasive arterial blood pressure pipeline pumping disposable 1 m L flushing fluid and dilution of the blood can reduce the petient＇s diagnostic blood loss, and can ensure the accuracy of blood gas analysis rersults.
