摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗外侧壁薄弱的老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法方便选取2012年1月—2016年1月该院收治的50例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,患者均以股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板进行治疗,观察术后管着关节功能恢复情况。结果患者手术时间80.4 min,平均出血量178.6 m L,切口均一期愈合,骨折平均愈合时间为4个月,全部患者术并发症发生率0%,末次随访,关节功能恢复优良率96.0%。结论以股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板内固定治疗外侧壁薄弱型老年股骨粗隆间骨折,愈合率高、并发症少、关节功能恢复好,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in the treatment of lateral wall weak femoral coarse intertrochanteric fracture clinical curative effect. Methods Convenient selection to January 2012-January 2016 in our hospital from 50 cases of elderly patients with femoral coarse intertrochanteric fracture patients as the object of study. All the patients were in proximal femoral anatomical locking plate for treatment. To observe the postoperative tube joint function recovery. Results Patients with operation time 80.4min, average bleeding volume 178.6 m L. The incision healed. The average healing time was 4 months and all the postoperative complication rate of 0%. At the time of the last follow-up, the joint function recovery, the excellent and good rate was 96.0%. Conclusion With proximal femur anatomic locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of lateral wall is weak type of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture, healing rate is high, fewer complications, joint function recovered well, it is worth to promote the use of.
