广州市高校无偿献血现状和招募要点:2012—2014年广州市高校献全血数据分析

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市大专院校无偿献全血的现状和招募要点。方法根据2012年1月—2014年12月广州市大专院校献全血的数据共42 894例,分析大专院校献血人次和献血量的变化,重点分析非200 m L献血率的变化,探讨献血量与年龄、性别、献血次数和院校性质的关系。结果 2014年大专院校无偿献血人次(42 894)比2013年(43 250)略有下降(0.82%),但献血量有了大幅上升(11.57%)。非200 m L献血率从2012年的28.59%上升到了2014年的49.58%。2014年数据显示,男性(OR:2.02,P<0.01)和献血次数(0.68,趋势检验P<0.01)与献血量呈正相关,年龄(0.68,趋势检验P<0.01)和高职院校(趋势检验P<0.01)与献血量呈负相关。结论采供血机构必需有针对性地加强对高校学生的无偿献血宣传工作,大力推动无偿献血事业的可持续发展。Objective To investigate the current status and essentials of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation recruitment in universities. Materials To analyze the trend of whole blood donation in universities, and to focus on the change of non-200 m L donation, based on the data in Guangzhou from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014（42,894 samples in total）. Results Compared with 2013, the number of donors decreased 0.82% in 2014, whereas the amount of donation increased 11.57%.The rate of non-200 m L donation increased from 28.59% in 2012 to 49.58% in 2014. Data in 2014 shows that male（OR：2.02,P〈0.01） and times of donation（0.68,P〈0.01） were positively associated with donation amount, but age（P0.01） and junior college（P〈0.01） were negatively associated with. Conclusion Blood collection and supply institutions need to strengthen the propaganda of blood donation among universities, which ensures the steady development of blood donation career.
