摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期血糖控制对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI术)患者预后的影响。方法选取接受PCI术的患者180例,根据随机血糖值随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组正常护理,观察组在对照组基础上控制血糖。观察期间检测甘油三酯,冠状动脉造影,统计30 d内病死率。结果 30 d后观察组甘油三酯显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组动脉造影多支血管病变明显较多(P<0.05);观察组病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期血糖控制有利于维持PCI术患者预后病情。Objective To explore the impact of perioperative hyperglycemia on the prognosis patients after PCI. Methods Select 180 cases of undergoing PCI surgery, according to the random blood glucose values divided into control group and observation group randomly, 90 cases each group. Control group with normal nursing, the observation group control blood sugar on the basis of control group. During observation period detect triglycerides, coronary angiography, statistical mortality within 30 days. Results The triglyceride of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） after 30 days;Angiography vascular lesions of observation group was obviously increased （P〈 0.05）; The fatality rate of ob-servation group was obviously lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is helpful to maintain the prognosis of patients with PCI operation that control perioperative blood glucose.
