摘　　要：通过驱护舰卫勤调研既往文献检索,经过对随舰执行训练、护航任务卫勤工作总结,提炼出驱护舰编队远海防卫卫勤任务特点及卫勤需求。划分任务阶段,明确救治范围,分析能力要素构成。提出立足使命任务,统筹远海卫勤保障;着眼保障需求,建设现代远海卫勤;重视编队保障,抓好备勤备战准备的建议,为建设远海防卫卫勤体系提供理论支持。Upon the review of previous literature about warship sanitary and logistics support,combing with working experience of training and escort missions in warships,this paper abstracts features and requirements of warship task group＇s sanitary and logistics support in open seas defense and explicits the service area and essential components in different mission periods. Focusing on current mission and logistics requirements,the paper has a general thinking to build up a modern sanitary and logistics support system in open seas,and it also provides a theoretical support to this system within the consideration of task group＇s logistics supply and war preparation.
