摘　　要：建设用地批后监管系统是国土资源综合监管平台的重要组成部分，是落实政府部门“把权力放下去，把监管抓起来”的一项重要举措。该文从建设用地批后监管工作实际需求出发，阐述了系统的设计思路和功能实现，并对系统的应用情况进行了简要介绍。系统的建成并投入使用，在提高国土资源管理部门工作效能方面发挥了重要作用，取得了良好的社会和经济效益。The Supervision system for the Approval of construction land is an important part of the integrated land and resources regulatory platform,which is an important measure to implement ＂ Put power down, Grasp the supervision ＂ of the government departments .The paper describe the put forward to train of thought to build the Information Publishing System for the Examination and Approval of Construction Land, from the real requirements on supervision after approval of the construction land. The system is built and put into use, which has played an important role in improving the work efficiency of the land and resources management department, and has achieved good social and economic benefits.
