PFNA－Ⅱ治疗股骨转子间骨折100例临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的：研究分析亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉（ Proximal femoral nail antirotation －Ⅱ，PFNA－Ⅱ）治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床应用效果。方法：回顾分析自2013年2月～2015年1月于我院骨伤科行PFNA－Ⅱ治疗的100例股骨转子间骨折，分析评价其手术时间、术中出血量、术后大腿疼痛情况及Harris髋关节评分。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，术后髋关节功能评估优良率达96％，术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论：PFNA－Ⅱ用于治疗股骨转子间骨折，具有手术创伤小、手术时间短、内固定牢靠、并发症少等优点。Objective：To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail antirotation -Ⅱ（ PFNA-Ⅱ） in the treat-ment of the femoral intertrochantecic fracture .Methods：100 cases with femoral intertrochantecic fracture treated with PFNA -Ⅱfrom February 2013 to January 2015 in the orthopedics of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively , being evaluated the operation time ,blood loss,the changes of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）,postoperative thigh pain,Harris Hip Score.Results：All the operations were success-ful.The excellent and good rate of hip -joint function was 96 percent.No obvious complications occurred Intra -operatively and post -operatively.Conclusion：The treatment of PFNA -Ⅱhas advantages of minimal trauma , shorter time of the operation , stable fixation, lower complication rate .
