摘 要:目的:探讨联合应用MSCT及MRI对膝关节周围复杂骨折及积脂血症的价值。方法:回顾性分析35例膝关节周围复杂骨折并积脂血症患者的CT及MRI资料,总结其影像学特征及2种检查方法之间的差异。结果:MSCT显示膝关节周围复杂骨折35例、积脂血症35例。 MRI显示膝关节周围复杂骨折33例、骨髓水肿35例、积脂血症35例,其它关节内结构(前后交叉韧带、内外侧副韧带、内外侧半月板、髌下脂肪垫等)不同级别损伤88处。积脂血症髌上囊最常见,呈单发/多发大小不等单脂-液平面及双脂-液平面。结论:联合应用MSCT及MRI才能对膝关节周围复杂骨折及积脂血症做出全面及准确的诊断。Objective:To study of combing MSCT with MRI on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis .Methods:The CT and MRI images of 35 cases with the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis were analyzed retrospectively , the imaging features and differences between them were summed up .Results:35 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with lipohemarthrosis were showed on MSCT.33 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with bone marrow edema and lipohemarthrosis were on MRI .88 areas of other structures injury in the joint such as anterior/posterior , medial/lateral collateral ligament , medial/lateral meniscus , and subpatellar fat pad were found by different degree .Lipohemarthrosis were most located in suprapatellar bursa , with single/double fat fluid level on differ-ent size .Conclusion:A comprehensive and accurate diagnosis could be made on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis only by combing MSCT and MRI .
