膝关节周围复杂骨折及积脂血症的MSCT与MRI联合应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨联合应用MSCT及MRI对膝关节周围复杂骨折及积脂血症的价值。方法：回顾性分析35例膝关节周围复杂骨折并积脂血症患者的CT及MRI资料，总结其影像学特征及2种检查方法之间的差异。结果：MSCT显示膝关节周围复杂骨折35例、积脂血症35例。 MRI显示膝关节周围复杂骨折33例、骨髓水肿35例、积脂血症35例，其它关节内结构（前后交叉韧带、内外侧副韧带、内外侧半月板、髌下脂肪垫等）不同级别损伤88处。积脂血症髌上囊最常见，呈单发／多发大小不等单脂－液平面及双脂－液平面。结论：联合应用MSCT及MRI才能对膝关节周围复杂骨折及积脂血症做出全面及准确的诊断。Objective：To study of combing MSCT with MRI on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis .Methods：The CT and MRI images of 35 cases with the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis were analyzed retrospectively , the imaging features and differences between them were summed up .Results：35 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with lipohemarthrosis were showed on MSCT.33 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with bone marrow edema and lipohemarthrosis were on MRI .88 areas of other structures injury in the joint such as anterior/posterior , medial/lateral collateral ligament , medial/lateral meniscus , and subpatellar fat pad were found by different degree .Lipohemarthrosis were most located in suprapatellar bursa , with single/double fat fluid level on differ-ent size .Conclusion：A comprehensive and accurate diagnosis could be made on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis only by combing MSCT and MRI .
