某部队海勤人员配偶的婚姻质量及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查研究海勤配偶的婚姻质量情况,分析心理社会因素对海勤配偶婚姻质量的影响,为开展婚姻咨询与治疗提供理论依据。方法采用Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)中婚姻满意度分量表、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对问卷(TCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对290位海勤配偶进行了评定。结果海勤配偶在婚姻满意度、性格相容性、经济安排、业余活动、子女与婚姻、与亲友的关系这6个因子上明显低于常模(t=-2.804~12.545,P<0.05);除了性格相容性、角色平等性、信仰一致性这3个因子外,其他因子均与心理健康存在一定相关性(r=-0.349^-0.162,P<0.01);婚姻质量与个性中的有恒性、怀疑性、忧虑性、自律性和紧张性(r=-0.228~0.282,P<0.05)具有相关性;海勤配偶受到的客观支持程度与婚姻质量中的各个因子的相关性检验均有统计学意义(r=0.164~0.252,P<0.05)。多因素分析揭示对其婚姻质量的贡献大小依次为:SCL-90精神病性(β=-0.318)>16PF自律性(β=0.262)>SSRS客观支持(β=-0.134)。结论配偶个性、心理和社会各方面的因素会直接或间接的对其婚姻质量产生一定影响,要维持婚姻和谐稳定需从心理健康着手。Objective Research ship personnel spouse marital quality, the test analysis of psychosocial factors on the quality of marriage ship personnel spouses for marriage counseling and treatment provided to carry out a theoretical ba- sis. Methods Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire （ENRICH） in marital satisfaction subscale, cartel 16 Personality Fac- tor Questionnaire （16PF）, Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）, Trait Coping Questionnaire （TCSQ）, Perceived Social Sup- port Scale （PSSS） for 290 ship personnel spouse was evaluated. Results Shin personnel spouse marital satisfaction in the relationship, personality compatibility, economic arrangements, leisure activities, children and marriage, family and friends of these six factors was significantly lower than the norm （ t = - 2. 804 - 12. 545, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; in addition to the character compatibility, the role of equality, faith consistency of these three factors were associated with mental health height other factors （ r = - 0. 349 -- 0. 162, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; marital quality and personality than the correlation big is perse- verance, doubt, anxiety, self-discipline and tension （r = -0. 228 - 0. 282, P 〈 0. 05） ; ship personnel spouse objective by the degree of support and marital quality in each factor showed a correlation （r = 0. 164 -0. 252, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Multivari- ate analysis revealed that the size of their contribution to the quality of marriage were： SCL-90 （β = -0. 318 ） 〉 16PF self- discipline （β =0. 262） 〉 SSRS objective support （β = -0. 134）. Conclusion Spouse personality, psychological and social aspects of factors will have some impact on their quality of marriage, directly or indirectly, to maintain marital harmo- ny and stability need to proceed from mental health.
