三伏季节穴位贴敷配合耳穴压豆预防慢性气管炎急性发作的护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三伏季节通过穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆,对慢性支气管炎疗效的影响。方法方法将200例合格的受试对象随机分成对照组和干预组,每组100例,对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行三伏季节穴位贴敷配合耳穴压豆护理。结果干预组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为66.0%,干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗效显著,经济实惠,不会增加病人的痛苦和经济负担,患者易接受,充分发挥祖国传统中医学的优势。objective To investigate the volts, season by joint ear acupoint sticking beans, affecting the efficacy of chronic bronchitis. Methods 200 cases of eligible subjects were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 100 cases in each group and the control group, routine nursing intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing for volts season acupoint sticking with ear bean care. Results the intervention group total effective rate was 90.0%, the control group was 66.0%, intervention group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the curative effect is distinct, economical and practical, does not increase the patient＇s pain and economic burden, and is easily accepted by patients, give full play to the advantages of the motherland traditional Chinese medicine.
