摘　　要：在抗日战争时期和新中国成立后,刘少奇对人民民主政权所采取的组织形式作了论述,构成了他关于人民民主政权组织形式的思想。这个思想阐明了不同时期人民民主政权所采取的组织形式的根据、要求和重大意义,不但对当时人民民主政权建设起了重要的指导作用,而且对于今天深化政治体制改革、建设社会主义法治国家,也有重要的现实启示。In the Anti-Japanese period and after the establishment of New China,Liu Shaoqi discussed the organizational forms adopted by people＇s democratic regime.And this forms Liu＇s theory about the organizational forms of people＇s democratic regime.According to the organizational forms of people＇s democratic regime,the theory expanded the foundation,requirements and significance at various times.The theory plays an important guiding role in the construction of the people＇s democratic regime.And it also has important realistic inspirations for deepening the reform of political system and building a socialist country ruled by law.
