国3和欧4蒸发法规对装配非外露式油箱摩托车试验的对比研究

摘　　要：针对装配非外露式油箱的摩托车,研究其在国3和欧4法规中的要求、试验方法及测试结果,通过理论曲线对比,试验结果对比,曝晒温度对比,研究加热燃油蒸气对试验结果的影响。结果表明:欧4法规的测量结果较国3法规的偏高,欧4法规中对燃油蒸气的加热代表摩托车实际使用情况,数值设定也较为合理,对我国编制国4阶段的燃油蒸发法规具有参考意义。This article is about the tests in GB3 and EU4. It compares the temperature of the fuel and vapour of fuel during the heating, the test results and the temperature inside tank when the motorcycle exposed radiation of sunlight. It shows the difference of test results with heating fuel vapour. The test result of EU4 test method is larger than that of GB3. The test method that heating fuel vapour in EU4 is on behalf of the actual use of motorcycles, and the equation is reasonable. It has reference value for GB4.
