摘　　要：外文文献的阅读直接关系到科技成果的产出。针对高校图书馆外文文献的阅览现状,阐述了外文文献信息门户平台的设计原理、研究步骤及服务功能,指出信息门户平台应与阅读分享工作相结合。The reading of foreign literature is directly related to the output of scientific research achievements. In the light of the current situation of the reading of foreign literature in university libraries, this paper expounds the design principles, research procedures and service functions of the platform of foreign literature information portal, and points out that the platform of information portal should be combined with reading sharing work.
