摘　　要：独立学院图书馆是学生学习专业知识、拓展专业技能、获得自助成长的孵化基地。从独立学院人才培育目标的确认、基于人才培养的独立学院图书馆服务组织架构、基于人才培养的图书馆服务组织要素分析3个方面,探讨了基于独立学院人才培养定位的图书馆服务架构。The library of independent college is anincubator base for students to study the professional knowledge,develop the professional skills andobtain the autonomous growth. This paper probes into the library＇ s service framework based on the orientation of talent cultivation of independent college from three aspects of the confirmation oftalent cultivation target of independent college, the organizational framework for the service of independent college library based on talent cultivation, and the library＇ s organizational elements analysis based on talent cultivation.
