摘　　要：目的阐述维生素C在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。方法结合文献从维生素C的体内药代动力学、抗癌机制、在临床中的应用及其衍生物抗癌作用等角度介绍其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。结果与结论维生素C在肿瘤治疗中具有潜在的抗癌效果,其在临床肿瘤防治中的应用仍需进一步深入研究。OBJECTIVE To summarize the studies of vitamin C in the treatment of tumor. METHODS This review, discussed the present research advances of vitamin C, including its pharmacokinetics, pharmacological mecha- nism, application in clinical medicine, some derivatives of vitamin C and their anticancer effect. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Those studies suggest that vitamin C as an antioxidant has the potential for the treatment of canc-er, but further research is still needed to study its application in clinical tumos prevention.
