摘　　要：目的　对冠心病患者临床中医整体护理的效果做出评价 ,为中医整体护理的推广应用提供理论依据。方法　用问卷调查的形式 ,对实施功能制中西医结合护理及中医整体护理的冠心病患者在护理前后焦虑量值 (SAS)、抑郁量值 (SDS)及健康保健知识认知度进行评定。结果　中医整体护理后患者的SAS值、SDS值比实施功能制中西医结合护理的患者明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;中医整体护理后患者的健康保健知识认知度明显提高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) holistic nursing of coronary heart disease (CAD) patients and build a theoretic basis for wide application of TCM holistic nursing.MethodsA survey was conducted by questionnaire to evaluate their SAS, SDS and health knowledge after and before nursing among CAD patients, who received TCM holistic nursing and integrated nursing of TCM and western medicine. ResultsSAS and SDS in those patients with TCM holistic nursing were decreased in a significant degree, compared with those receiving the integrated nursing of TCM and Western Medical nursing ( P <0.001). The patients nursed holistically acquired more knowledge significantly ( P <0.001).ConclusionTCM holistic nursing is more beneficial than the integrated nursing of TCM and Western Medicine for the treatment and rehabilitation of CAD patients.
