生蒲黄与炒蒲黄、蒲黄炭提取物对正常BALB/c小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较生蒲黄与炒蒲黄、蒲黄炭提取物对正常BALB/c小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:将正常BALB/c雄性小鼠,随机分为4组,即空白对照组、生蒲黄组、炒蒲黄组、蒲黄炭组。各药物组分别按0.15 m L/10g体重每天灌胃1次,连续15 d。空白对照组给予等体积蒸馏水。通过对正常BALB/c小鼠免疫器官指数、炭粒廓清实验、血清溶菌酶含量等非特异性免疫指标来检测上述药物对其影响。结果:生蒲黄对正常BALB/c小鼠无非特异性免疫作用;炒蒲黄、蒲黄炭组分别通过促进溶菌酶分泌、增加胸腺指数来增强免疫作用。结论:炒蒲黄、蒲黄炭对正常BALB/c小鼠具有增强非特异性免疫的作用。Objective： To compare the effect of Pollen Typhae, parched Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae extract on nonspecific immune function of normal BALB/c mice. Methods ： Normal BALB/c male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, blank control group, Pollen Typhae group, parched Pollen Typhae group, carbonized Pollen Typhae group. Each drug group respectively according to 0.15 mL/10 g weight lavage once a day, 15 days in a row. Blank control group were given equal volume of distilled water. Through the normal BALB/c mice immune organ index, the indexes of the clearance rate of charcoal particles and the contents of serum lysozyme nonspecific immune index to test the influence of the drug. Results ： Pollen Typhae made no impression on nonspecific immune function of normal BALB/c mice ; parched Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae group respectively by promoting lysozyme secretion and increasing the thymus index to enhance immune function. Conclusion ： Parched Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae on normal BALB/e mice can strengthen nonspecific immune function on normal BALB/c mice.
