摘  要:目的:研究白术对小鼠止汗作用的药效物质。方法:采用着色法观察白术及其拆分组分对小鼠足趾汗分泌量的影响,进而阐明白术止汗作用的药效物质。结果:与空白组相比,静态模型下小鼠白术水煎液组(WD)、石油醚组(PEF)、水洗组(WEF)和粗糖组(PEF)汗粒数显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);运动后模型下小鼠白术水煎液组、水洗组和粗糖组汗粒数显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:白术具有止汗作用,药效物质主要为:粗糖组分和水洗组分,此外石油醚组分也显示一定的止汗作用。Objective:To study the chemical basis components of the Atractylodes macrocephala on mice. Methods : To elucidate the chemical basis of hidroschesis of Atractylodes macrocephala, staining method was used to observe the number of sweat grain of mouse paws. Results : Compared with control group, sweat count were significantly decreased in WD, PEF, WEF and PEF in the static model mice ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ); and decreased WD, WEF and PEF in after-movement model mice ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion : Atractylodes macrocephala and its splitted fractions showed different levels of hidroachcsis action. The main chemical basis of hidroschesis of Atractylodes macrocephala were crude polysaccharide fraction, water eluted fraction, and also the petroleum ether fraction exhibited weaker action.
