摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,抗衰老已成为全球医学研究的热点领域。中医抗衰老有着两千多年的丰富经验,自古以来人们一直追求延年益寿、永葆青春,形成了独具特色的方法和理论体系。文章通过收集国内外关于衰老机制的研究报道,从现代医学和中医学两个角度对衰老机制的研究认识进行比较,并对近年来中药抗衰老的研究进展进行总结综述。With the increasing aging population, anti-aging has become a global hot field of medical research. Traditional Chinese medicine has gathered rich experience for more than 2000 years, forming unique methods and theoretical systems. This article compared the mechanisms of aging in the perspective of both modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine based on the collection of studies on aging at home and abroad, and reviewed the progress in traditional Chinese medicine against aging in recent years.
