玉女煎临床应用及实验研究进展

摘　　要：玉女煎是临床常用古方,广泛应用于五官科、内科、妇科、皮肤科及风湿免疫科疾病的治疗。近年来,大量的临床应用和实验研究表明该方在治疗糖尿病方面有独特的优势,因此而受到广泛的关注。查阅近10年有关玉女煎的文献,对其临床应用与实验研究进行了综述,为该方的现代化研究和拓宽其临床应用提供理论和实践依据。Yunu Jian, a frequently used decoction in traditional chinese medicine, has been adopted in treating diseases in various fields, such as otolaryngology, internal medicine, gynecolo- gy, dermatology and rheumatology. A large number of clinical applications and experiments indicate that Yunu Jian has unique advantage in treating diabetes, which has caused widely attention. In this paper, the research progress on clinical applications and experimental studies of Yunu Jian are reviewed, according to literatures of Yunu Jian in the past decade, providing the theoretical and practical reasons for its modernization research and broaden the clinical application of Yunu Jian.
