摘 要:采用混捏法制备氧化铝-活性炭(AAC,质量比为4∶1)复合载体,考察焙烧温度对复合载体性能的影响,采用FT-IR、XRD、颗粒强度测定仪以及N2吸附等表征复合载体。结果表明,焙烧与否对载体的比表面积、径向抗压碎力及表面酸度等均有一定影响,焙烧温度不同,对复合载体表面物相的影响程度不同。随着焙烧温度升高,浸渍法制备的Ni Mo/AAC催化剂对二苯并噻吩的加氢脱硫活性先降低后升高。The alumina-activated carbon ( AAC, mass ratio 4 : 1 ) composate supports were prepared by co-moulding method. The effects of calcination temperatures on the properties of AAC composite supports were investigated. The as-prepared composite supports were characterized by infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction, compressive strength tester and N2 adsorption. The results showed that calcination had certain effects on the specific surface area,the mechanical strength and the surface acidity ;the calcination temperature had different influence on the surface property of the supports. With increase of support calcination temperatures, the activity of NiMo/AAC catalysts, which was prepared by impregnation method, for dibenzothiophene (DBT) hydrodesulfurization firstly
