摘  要:采用二羰基乙酰丙酮铑(Ⅰ)与三苯基膦组成的催化剂,研究均相Rh催化体系用于丁烯氢甲酰化制备正戊醛的反应,考察体系压力和分压、溶剂用量、n(CO)∶n(H2)、三苯基膦用量及添加剂对丁烯氢甲酰化反应的影响,同时探索催化剂的回收重复使用性能。通过实验得到最优反应条件为:反应温度120℃,合成气压力0.30 MPa,N2分压1.70 MPa,χ[二羰基乙酰丙酮铑(Ⅰ)]=0.1%,χ(三苯基膦)=6%,χ(添加剂)=0.1%,反应时间3 h,此条件下,戊醛收率为81.6%,产物正异比为10.63。Using homogeneous Rh catalyst which consisted of dicarbonyl acetylacetone rhodium and triph- enylphosphine, hydroformylation of butene for preparing valeraldehyde was studied. The effects of system pressure and partial pressure, solvent amounts, n (CO) : n ( H2 ), ligand triphenylphosphine amounts and additives on butene hydroformylation, and the properties of catalyst repeated use were investigated. The results showed that the yield of valeraldehyde reached 81.6%, and the ratio of normal/iso valeraldehyde reached 10.63 under the optimal reaction condition as follows :reaction temperature 120 ℃, syngas pressure 0.30 MPa, nitrogen pressure 1.70 MPa, ХX (dicarbonyl acetylacetone rhodium) -0.1%, Х( tripheny- lphosphine) =6%, Х( additive ) =0.1% and reaction time 3 h.
