中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德对尖锐湿疣免疫作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 观察中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德对生殖道尖锐湿疣患者的免疫作用。方法 选择我院2014年9月-2015年12月收治的77例生殖道尖锐湿疣患者为治疗组,给予中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德治疗;另外从我院体检中心随机抽取50例健康体检者为对照组。测定患者治疗前后及健康人群血清中的IL-6和TNF-α水平,并进行分析比较。结果 尖锐湿疣患者治疗前血清中IL-6和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,治疗后血清中IL-6和TNF-α水平较治疗前升高,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德可能通过提高IL-6和TNF-α水平,刺激机体细胞免疫功能,打破尖锐湿疣的免疫逃逸机制,提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率。Objective To investigate the application of Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with Pidotimod on the reproductive tract immunity in patients with condyloma acuminatum . Methods 77 patients with genital condylo‐ma acuminatum patients as the research object from 2014 .9 to 2015 .12 ,given Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with pidotimod;also 50 healthy persons were randomly selected as control group who come from the physical exam‐ination center of our hospital .The levels of IL‐6 and TNF‐αin serum of patients before and after treatment were measured and compared . Results In treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum of serum levels of IL‐6 and TNF‐αlevels were significantly lower than those in control group ,serum IL‐6 and TNF‐α levels of patients compared with those before treatment increased;the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclu‐sion Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with pidotimod can stimulate cellular immune function though improving IL‐6 and TNF‐αlevels ,break the immune escape mechanism of condyloma acuminatum ,improving the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum .
