“八风”、“八邪”穴切开减压治疗蛇伤肢体肿胀疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察"八风"、"八邪"穴切开减压对蛇伤肢体肿胀的治疗效果。方法选取我院治疗的毒蛇咬伤肢体肿胀患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加予"八风"、"八邪"穴切开减压治疗,观察比较两组患者肿胀最大值时周径差及肿胀消退时间。结果治疗组患者肿胀最大值时周径差明显小于对照组(P<0.05),肿胀消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "八风"、"八邪"穴切开减压对减轻蛇伤肢体肿胀程度、加快肿胀消退有确切效果。Objective To observe the treatment of limb swelling of snakebites by cutting Bafeng Pionts and Baxie Pionts for reducing stress . Methods Met 60 patients who is bitten by snake and limb swelling .And then divided them into the control group （30 cases） and the treatment group （30 cases） at random number table .For the control group ,we use conventional treatments .And for the treatment group ,we use the cutting Bafeng Pionts and Baxie Pi‐onts Method on the basis of conventional treatments .And looking for double groups＇week of path difference while swelling of the largest and subsidence of a swelling . Results For week of path difference while swelling of the largest ,it＇s statistically significant （P〈 0.05） .And for subsidence of a swelling ,it＇s statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Cutting Bafeng Pionts and Baxie Pionts for reducing stress has exact curative effect of reduc‐ing limb swelling of snakebite and speeding up the swelling subsided .
