摘  要:在分析和鉴定我国云杉球果小卷蛾种群性信息素的基础上,利用林间生测技术,对其可能的人工合成性信息素的生物活性进行了研究。结果表明:我国云杉球果小卷蛾种群性信息素的组分与瑞典种群不同,其性信息素组分仅为单一的组分反,顺-8,10-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯,而瑞典的种群是反8,反10-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯和反8,顺10-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯;具有触角电位活性的十二碳烯醇两种不同异构体在林间没有生物活性,不是其性信息素的组分。建议进一步开展应用技术研究,为其综合治理应用奠定基础。Based on the analysis and identification of sex pheromone in Cydia strobilella populations in China, a se- ries of field bioassays were conducted to determine the potential behavioral activities of several synthetic sex phero- mone candidates. The results showed that the female - produced sex pheromone of Cydia strobilella populations in China was consisted of a single component, EZ- 8, 10 -12:Oac, which was different from the binary pheromone blend of EE - 8,10 - 12 : Oac and EZ - 8,10 - 12 : Oac from Cydia strobileUa populations in Sweden. Two EAD - active dodecadienol isomers were not attractive to the male moths in the field, they were not parts of the sex phero- mone system. More research was surely needed to optimize the sex pheromone application technology, which might play an important role in the IPM programs against this serious pest insect.
