摘　　要：以包头市青山公园为例,运用POE基本原理,采用问卷调查法对其使用状况进行研究,通过分析使用者的基本情况、观园情况及对公园的满意度情况,得出公园现状存在基础设施不完善、绿地体系不完美、观赏性较差、公园管理力度不够的问题,并依据实际情况提出优化策略,使其更大程度地满足使用者的需求,为青山公园今后提档升级提供理论依据。Taking Qingshan Park in BaoTou for an example, the usage condition has been studied by use of the questionnaire survey with the basic principle of Post Occupancy Evaluation （POE）. Through analyzing the users＇ personal backgrounds, ways of visiting the park and the satisfaction with the park, it is concluded that the infra- structures in the park are imperfect, the green space has not formed a system with poor ornament, and the manage- ment intensity is inefficient. According to the actual situations, the order to meet the needs of users in a more great extent and provide optimization strategies have been put forward in the theoretical basis for upgrading in future.
