摘 要:目的探讨MDCT Tissue Segmentation(组织分割)技术测量气胸、液气胸中肺压缩比率的简捷准确方法。方法应用MDCT Tissue Segmentation技术测量被压缩的肺组织及胸腔内气体、液体的体积,并与以往X线气胸肺压缩程度测量分度法进行比较,同时确定胸腔内气体、液体含量的具体准确方法。结果测得胸腔内气体或/和液体体积与该体积和被压缩的肺组织体积之和(即该侧胸腔体积)的比值,即G/G+L或G+E/G+E+L,得出肺压缩比率,同时确定气胸分度:小于等于25%为I度气胸,大于25%小于50%为II度气胸,大于等于50%为III度气胸。结论 MDCT Tissue Segmentation技术测量胸腔内气体或/和液体及肺组织体积更准确简捷,其测量的比值对气胸分度更加精确。Objective To explore a simple and accurate method for determining the compression ratio of lung in pneumothorax and liquid pneumothorax with MDCT Tissue Segmentation technology. Methods MDCT Tissue Segmentation technique was ap- plied to measure the volume of the compressed lung, the gas, and liquid in anocelia, then, the results were compared with those in pneumothorax by X-ray measurement and grade method and, meanwhile, the specific and accuracy method in the measurement of the volume of gas and liquid in anocelia was determined. Results The measurement of the ratio of gas or/and liquid volume in anocelia and the sum of the volume and the volume of compressed lung ( anoeelia volume) was presented as G/G + L or G + E/G + E + L. The the ratio of compressed lung was calculated. The pneumothorax grade was determined as follows : less than or equal to 25% was grade I, more than 25% or less than 50% was grade II, more than or equal to 50% was grade III. Conclusion MDCT Tissue Segmentation technique is a simple and accurate way for measuring the volume of gas or/and liquid volume in anoce- lia and lung, and more accurate for grading the pneumothorax.
