摘 要:以南宁七坡林场不同经营措施下的3年生尾巨桉林为研究对象,于2013年10月至2014年9月,采用Li-8100土壤碳通量系统测定土壤呼吸速率月变化,分析不同经营措施及土壤温度对土壤呼吸的影响。结果显示:尾巨桉林土壤呼吸速率具有明显的季节变化,峰值出现在2013年10月和2014年6月;不同经营措施间的土壤呼吸速率均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其大小排序为造林密度2 m×3 m>4 m×3 m,施肥量0.8 kg/株>0.6 kg/株,除杂处理>未除杂;2013年10月至2014年9月土壤呼吸与土壤温度存在极显著的指数相关关系(P<0.01),土壤温度可以解释土壤呼吸速率变化的84.8%,Q_(10)值为1.610。A tract of 3 years old Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandisin in Nanning Qipo Forest Farm was selected as research subject. To monitor the monthly variation of soil respiration rate and analyze the effects of different man- agement and soil temperature on soil respiration rate, were measured from October 2013 to September 2014, by u- sing Li-8100 automated soil carbon flux system. The results showed that there were obvious seasonal variation of soil respiration rate of Eucalyptus sp. forest, displaying a double-peak curve in October 2013 and June 2014. Soil respi- ration rate differed significantly under different management (P 〈 0.05), the soil respiration rate displaying an or- der of 2 m × 3 m planting density was higher than 4 m × 3 m planting density, 0. 8 kg/plant fertilizer application was higher than 0. 6 kg/plant, weeding was higher than not weeding. The soil respiration rate had significant exponential correlation related to soil temperature from October 2013 to September 2014 ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and soil temperature could be held responsible for 84. 8% variation of soil respiration, the Q10 value was 1. 610.
