摘　　要：目的:实现医院门诊业务全流程电子支付,线上线下有序交互、强势整合,有效缓解患儿"看病难"问题。方法:在"一卡通"、自助机系统、外网统一号源池基础上,优化流程并改造信息系统,在诊疗业务执行点增加分单、费用确认、工作量核计功能。结果:诊疗业务线上电子支付信息准确、确认工作到位、确认后线上退费封堵、核计工作及时。结论:夯实"一卡通"、自助机系统、外网统一号源池项目建设是门诊线上支付的基础,流程再造、业务执行点费用确诊是门诊线上支付推进的关键。Objective： To realize the electronic payment in the entire process of hospital outpatient service business, and the orderly interaction and strong integration of online and offline resources, and effectively relieve children＇ s ＂difficulty of getting medical service＂. Methods： Based on the ＂all-in-one-card＂, self-service machine system and unified appointment source pool of external network, the process is optimized and the information system is transformed. On the diagnosis and treatment business execution points, bill assignment, cost confirmation and workload calculation function are added. Results： The online electronic payment of diagnosis and treatment business has accurate information, good confirmation and timely online refund blocking and calculation after the confirmation. Conclusion： The construction of the ＂all-in-one-card＂, self-service machine system and unified appointment source pool of external network is the foundation of the online payment of outpatient service. Process reformation and cost confirmation on the business execution points is the key to the advancement of online payment of outpatient service.
