摘　　要：目的:通过远程心电监测在居家养老中的应用,不仅达到老人实时监测自身的健康状况,还能实现足不出户便可得到专家及时有效的健康指导以及急救方法。方法:采用物联网技术、移动通信技术、无线传输技术将可穿戴心电监测设备与医生端对接,实现对患者的远程实时智能监测、智能预警、远程救护等。结果:远程心电监测设备在居家养老中的成功应用极大完善居家养老的医疗服务体系,提高基层医疗机构的服务范围和能力。结论:为其他可穿戴设备在居家养老中的应用提供借鉴,指明方向。Objective： Applications of remote electrocardiogram monitoring for home care provide the aged people physical supervisions of real-time as well as efficient health guidance and timely first-aid methods. Methods： It attains the aim of monitoring patients smartly in real time, raising the alarm for unexpected events intelligently, implementing ambulance for the patients remotely by combing the wearable devices together with medical resources as well as doctors through the technology of Internet of things, mobile communication and wireless transmission. Results： It improves the system of medical services for home-based care crucially and enhances the scope and ability of the primary medical institution services. Conclusion： It provides references for other wearable devices and points out directions for their applications in home-based care at the same time.
