Web网络平台在医院科研管理中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用Web网络平台对医院科研项目管理的应用效果。方法:对比分析采用基于Web网络平台的科研信息化管理系统及未采取前的医院管理部门及临床科研人员对科研项目管理的满意度进行分析。结果:采用Web网络平台进行医院科研项目管理前后医院管理部门及临床科研人员的满意度存在显著性的统计学差异(x^2分别为18.76,191.01),满意度均明显得到了提高(P<0.05)。结论:采用基于Web网络平台的科研信息化管理系统不仅改变了医院科研管理方式,提高了医院管理部门的管理水平,而且医院科研管理平台简便、快捷、实用,为科研人员提供了坚实的技术支撑。Objective： To discuss about the application effect of the hospital scientific research project management of hospitals with WEB network platform. Methods： The satisfaction of hospital management departments and clinical scientific research personnel of the scientific research project management before and after the use of the scientific research information management system based on Web network platform are compared and analyzed. Results： Before and after the Web network platform is used for the hospital scientific research project management, the satisfaction of hospital management departments and clinical scientific research personnel has significant statistical differences （X 2 is 18.76 and 191.01, relatively）. The satisfaction has been significantly improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of the scientific research information management system based on the Web network platform changes the scientific research management method of hospitals and improves the management level of the hospital management departments. The hospital scientific research management platform is simple, quick and practical. It provides a solid technical support to scientific research personnel.
