术后镇痛数据库的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的:术后镇痛数据库是对住院患者手术后镇痛情况的管理系统,它使术后镇痛实现数字化管理。方法:在患者手术后的住院期间,麻醉科每日派一名麻醉医生对手术后安装镇痛泵的病人进行巡视并处理相关并发症,然后把记录的相关数据录入到术后镇痛数据库,进行统计分析。结果:通过术后镇痛数据库的数据录入分析,可以及时找出与术后镇痛相关问题的规律,还为科研提供了临床数据。结论:术后镇痛的数字化管理,不仅提高了术后镇痛质量,同时为科研提供基础数据。Objective： The postoperative analgesia database is a hospital management system of analgesia after operation of patients. It realizes the digital management of postoperative analgesia. Methods： During the postoperative hospital stay of patient, Anesthesia Department sends an anesthesiologist to check the patients installed with analgesia pump after the operation, deal with related complications and wpe the related data in the postoperative analgesia database for statistical analysis. Results： Through the data entry and analysis of the postoperative analgesia database, the law of the problems associated with postoperative analgesia can be found out in a timely manner, and it also provides clinical data to the scientific research. Conclusion： The digital management of postoperative analgesia not only improves the quality of postoperative analgesia, but also provides basic data to the scientific research.
