摘 要:以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基胶、甲基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂、KH-550为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸正丁酯和硼酸正丁酯为助剂、二甲苯/石油醚为混合溶剂(两者体积比为5∶1)、二甲基硅油(DMS)为消泡剂、气相白炭黑(GPS)和玻璃鳞片(GF)为混合填料,制备了双组分有机硅胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当A组分中m(107胶)∶m(DMS)∶m(溶剂)∶m(偶联剂)∶m(GPS/GF混合填料)=100.0∶27.0∶38.0∶1.0∶26.0、m(GPS)∶m(GF)=60∶40和B组分中m(交联剂)∶m(催化剂)∶m(助剂)∶m(溶剂)=1.5∶0.5∶4.0∶10.0时,所得胶粘剂的综合性能相对最佳;此时,该胶粘剂的附着力为5.12 MPa(钢基体)和6.71 MPa(混凝土基体),并且其耐热性和耐酸性俱佳。The two- component organosilicone adhesive was prepared when hydroxyl- terminated polydimethylsiloxane (107 gum) was used as base gum, methyhrimethoxysilane was used as crosslinker, dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) was used as catalyst, KH-550 was used as coupler, tetrabutyl titanate and tributyl borate were used as auxiliaries, xylene/petroleum ether were used as mixed solvent(volume ratio of xylene to petroleum ether at 5:1 ), dimethyl silicone oil (DMS) was used as defoaming agent, gas phase silica (GPS) and glass flake (GF) were used as composite filler. The research results showed that the adhesive had the relatively best combination property when mass ratios of m(107 gum): m (DMS):m(solvent):m(coupler):m(GPS/GF composite filler), m(GPS) :m (GF) , and m (crosslinker) : m (catalyst) : m (auxiliaries) : m (solvent) were 100.0 : 27.0:38.0 : 1.0:26.0 in A-component, 60:40 in A-component, and 1.5: 0.5: 4.0:10.0 in B-component, respectively. Here, the adhesive had the good heat resistance and acid resistance, and its adhesions were 5.12 MPa (steel substrate) and 6.71 MPa(concrete substrate), respectively.
