摘  要:以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和DJ-12(聚醚多元醇)为单体,配以溶剂(丙酮)、催化剂(间甲苯二胺)和缓凝剂(柠檬酸)等助剂,制备出单组分水溶性聚氨酯(SPM型浆液)堵漏灌浆材料。研究结果表明:制备该灌浆材料的最佳工艺条件是反应温度为80~90℃、反应时间为2.50~3.00 h;当w(溶剂)=25%~35%、w(—NCO)=7.00%~8.00%(均相当于灌浆材料质量而言)时,所得灌浆材料的综合性能相对较好,其发泡率为400%~470%、压缩强度为9.0~10.0 MPa且包水量(为14倍)相对最大。With TDI(toluene diisocyanate) and D J-12(polyether polyol) as monomers, adding some additives[such as solvent (acetone) , catalyst (m- toluenediamine) , and retarder (citric acid)I, a water- soluble one- component polyurethane (SPM type slurry)plugging grouting material was prepared. The research results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing grouting material were preferred when reaction temperature was 80-90 ℃, and reaction time was 2.50-3.00 h. The grouting material had the relatively better combination property when mass fractions of solvent and -NCO were 25%-35% and 7.00%-8.00% in grouting material, here, its foaming rate was 400%-470%, compressive strength was 9.0-10.0 MPa and in-water multiple ( 14 times) was relatively maximal.
