摘  要:以丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(牌号112-152E)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(牌号K90)为胶粘剂、硬脂酸钠为赋形剂和甘油为保湿剂,并加入防腐剂,制备了相应的固体胶。探讨了112-152E、K90和硬脂酸钠掺量等对固体胶的硬度、粘接性能和耐高温性等影响。研究结果表明:当w(112-152E)=75.0%、w(K90)=6.5%、w(甘油)=6.0%、w(硬脂酸钠)=6.0%、w(防腐剂)=0.2%和w(去离子水)=6.3%(均相对于固体胶质量而言)时,制得的固体胶之性能完全满足QB/T 2857—2007标准中的指标要求。A glue stick was prepared when acrylate copolymer emulsion (brand 112-152E) and polyvinylpyrro-lidone (brand K90) were used as adhesives, sodium stearate was used as excipient and glycerol was used as humeetant, and preservative was introduced into system. The influences of 112-152E contents, K90 contents and sodium stearate contents on hardness, bonding property and high temperature resistance of glue stick were discussed. The research results showed that the properties of made glue stick could completely meet the index requirements in QB/T 2857-2007 standard when mass fractions of 112-152E, K90, glycerol, sodium stearate, preservative and deionized water were 75.0%, 6.5%, 6.0%, 6.0%, 0.2% and 6.3% in glue stick, respectively.
