摘　　要：动物胶原蛋白是天然高分子生物材料,具有良好的生物相容性、无毒无害、可降解和独特的理化性能等优点。介绍了动物胶原蛋白的结构特点,并综述了其在铸造胶粘剂、皮革工业、造纸业、食品、生物医学及临床等领域中的应用。最后对动物胶原蛋白的发展方向进行了展望。Animal collagen is a natural polymer biomaterial with some advantages （such as good biocompatibility, non-toxic harmless, biodegradable and unique physicochemical properties）. The structure and characteristics of animal collagen were introduced, and the applications were summarized in casting adhesive, leather industry, paper making, food, biomedical and clinical fields. Finally, the development direction of animal collagen was expected.
