摘  要:目的探讨系统化造口教育平台在提高结肠造口患者自我护理能力中的临床效果。方法将重庆医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科198例行永久性结肠造口患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组运用系统化造口教育平台学习相关护理知识和技能,对照组按照传统方式接受造口知识培训,在出院当日、出院1个月后、3个月后三阶段对试验组和对照组按照自我护理能力量表(ESCA)进行现场调查或电话回访。结果系统化教育平台实施3个月后,试验组患者ESCA总分(120.87±10.31)分、自我护理技能(30.51±2.57)分、自我护理责任感(23.95±2.64)分、自我概念(26.23±1.69)分、健康知识水平(39.78±3.12)分,明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化造口教育平台提高了患者自我护理能力,改善了患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of the systematic education platform for patient with colostomy in improving self‐care ability .Methods A total of 198 colostomy patients from a Third‐Grade Class A Hospitals were randomly assigned to ei‐ther learn colostomy nursing knowledge by the systematic education platform or routine health education condition .The patients were investigated by a questionnaire about Exercise of Self‐Care Agency Scale ,ESCA before discharge ,1 month and 3 months after discharge .Results After the systematic education platform for 3 month ,the total score(120 .87 ± 10 .11) and each factor scores of ESCA scale[self‐protection skills(30 .51 ± 2 .57) ,self nursing responsibility(23 .95 ± 2 .64) ,self concept(26 .23 ± 1 .69) ,health knowledge level (39 .78 ± 3 .12 )] were all significantly improved after the systematic education platform ( P 〈 0 .05 ) . Conclusion The systematic education platform can improve ostomy patients′self‐care ability and quality of life .
