摘 要:以恢复系测64-7和不育系珍汕97A为材料,研究防虫网隔离对水稻花粉飘移距离的影响。结果表明:孔径0.075、0.048、0.038 mm的防虫网均能影响花粉漂移的频率,但三者隔离效果差异不显著;花粉漂移频率与风向和风速大小密切相关,即下风口的漂移频率显著高于上风口的漂移频率,但经防虫网隔离后二者差异不显著;4个试验处理漂移频率总体趋势相同,即随着距离的增加,漂移频率逐渐减小。因此生产原种应该使用孔径0.048 mm的防虫网。A restorer line rice Ce64-7 and a male sterile rice Zhenshan 97A were used as materials, the effects of fly net separating on pollen flow of rice were studied. The results showed that fly nets with 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 400 mesh all could affect the frequency of pollen flow, but there was no significant difference among the three nets. Frequency of pollen flow was closely related to wind direction, the frequency of pollen flow in down-wind direction was significantly higher than that in up-wind direction, but frequency in the two directions showed no significant difference after fly net separating. The overall trend of drift frequency was the same in the four treatments, the drift frequency decreased with the increase of distance. Results indicated that during the prime seed production period, we should use fly net with 300 mesh.
