摘　　要：目的:探讨真实世界腰椎间盘突出症临床用药特征,为临床用药提供参考。方法:利用全国20家三甲医院的医院信息系统数据,采用频数分析的方法描述腰椎间盘突出症患者年龄、性别、合并疾病、合并用药等信息。采用clementine12.0软件建立腰椎间盘突出症患者中西医联合用药相关模型,得出腰椎间盘突出症临床联合用药特征。结果:腰椎间盘突出症患者男性居多,合并疾病是高血压、腰椎管狭窄症、颈椎病等,西药多采用解热镇痛药、激素,如地塞米松、甘露醇、甲钴胺等,中成药多采用活血化瘀、补肾健骨类,如川芎嗪、丹参川芎嗪、金天格胶囊等。结论:腰椎间盘突出症用药根据其发病特征及合并疾病,多采用中西医结合治疗,如腺苷钴胺+川芎嗪/丹参川芎嗪/金天格胶囊,血栓通+普鲁卡因+青霉素+利多卡因,腺苷钴胺/利多卡因/甲钴胺+川芎嗪+丹参川芎嗪等,但临床需注意用药配伍,预防不良事件发生。Objective： To discussion real-world treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical features, in order to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods： With the hospital information system data of 20 top hospitals in China, the frequency analysis method was used to describe the age, sex, combined diseases, combined medication and other information of lumbar disc herniation. Clementinel2.0 software was applied to establish Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy in patients with lumbar correlation model, and derive lumbar herniation clinical use features. Results： The majority of male patients with lumbar intervertebral disc, the first three combined clinical disease were hypertension, lumbar spinal stenosis and cervical spondylosis; Main western medicine are anti-inflammatory drugs and hormones, such as dexamethasone, mannitol, methyl cobalamin, etc. Proprietary are mainly blood circulation and Bushenjiangu class, such as TMP, TMP Salvia, Jintiange capsule etc. Conclusion： According to clinical characteristics and comorbidities, the main treatment of lumbar disc herniation is combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, such as cobamamide ＋ tetramethylpyrazine / Ligustrazine and Salvia miltiorrhiza / Jintiange capsules, Xueshuantong＋ procaine＋penicillin ＋lidocaine, Cobamamide/lidocaine/methylcobalamin＋tetramethylpyrazine＋Ligustrazine and Salvia mihiorrhiza etc, but we should pay attention to compatibility, prevention of adverse events.
