摘　　要：目的:对参卿止痒洗液进行皮肤急性毒性和皮肤刺激性实验,以了解其安全性。方法:参卿止痒洗液经皮给药用于大鼠背部完整皮肤、破损皮肤,观察其产生急性毒性情况;将临床用浓度的参卿止痒洗液局部涂抹兔破损皮肤及完整皮肤,1次/d,连续7次,逐日观察、并记录各时间点动物局部皮肤的症状表现以评价参卿止痒洗液对皮肤的刺激性。结果:参卿止痒洗液未产生急性毒性;参卿止痒洗液对兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无明显刺激性。结论:参卿止痒洗液以临床浓度、5倍临床浓度、10倍临床浓度外用给药安全,无急性皮肤毒性反应、皮肤与全身刺激反应。Objective： To study the safety of Shenqing Anti-itch Lotion by testing the acute toxicity and skin irritancy test.Methods： Single or muhiple-dosage of Shenqing Anti-itch Lotion were spread on the normal skin and damaged skin without hair in the back of rats and it was observed whether Shenqing Anti-itch Lotion could induce acute toxicity. Smearing Shenqing anti-itch lotion in concentration for clinical use on rabbits＂ dam- aged skin and healthy skin, once a day, for seven times in a row, and the symptoms occurring on local skin of the animals at each time point were observed, thus to evaluate the dermal irritation of shenqing anti-itch lotion. Results： Shenqing Anti-itch Lotion did not induce acute toxicity,and Shenqing anti-itch lotion showed no clear irritation to healthy or damaged skin in rabbit. Conclusion： Shenqing anti-itch lotion shows clinical medication safety, without acute toxicity, skin irritation and systemic skin at 5 times or 10 times clinical concentration.
