舒筋活络外敷包结合活血安痛酊治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋活络外敷包联合活血安痛酊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将220例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组110例(对照组129膝,治疗组136膝)。对照组服用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊、双醋瑞因胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上,配合舒筋活络外敷包及活血安痛酊局部热熨,治疗3个月。治疗后对两组的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分及临床疗效进行评定。结果:最终完成196例(每组98例,对照组112膝,治疗组117膝)。两组治疗后疼痛、关节功能障碍积分及关节僵硬积分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后关节疼痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组的关节功能障碍积分及关节僵硬积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒筋活络外敷包及活血安痛酊局部热熨治疗膝骨关节炎有较好疗效,可明显改善患者关节功能障碍及关节僵硬情况。Objective： To observe the effect of effect of Shujin Huoluo Waifu Bao and Huoxue Antong tincture on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： The 220 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided randomly into control group （129 knees） and treatment group （136 knees）, 110 cases in each group. Patients were given Glucosamine Sulfate capsules and Diacerein capsules both in control group; the patients in treatment group were given Shujin Huoluo Waifu Bao and Huoxue Antong tincture, based on the same treatment as the control group. After 3 months, the clinical efficacy was evaluated with the WOMAC osteoarthritis index. Results： Finally 196 cases were accomplished, 98 cases in each group （112 knees in the control group and 117 knees in the treatment group）. The TCM symptoms, joint dysfunction integral and the joint stiffness scores reduced in two groups, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the comparison on joint pain between the two groups showed no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. And the treatment group showed lower joint dysfunction integral and the joint stiffness scores than the control group, and the difference showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The comparison on total effective rate between the two groups showed no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.. Conclusion： The application of Shujin Huoluo Waifu Bao and Huoxue Antong tincture can provide good efficacy on knee osteoarthritis, and improve the motion and the stiffness of the knee joint.
