糖皮质激素联合扩血管药物在突发性耳聋治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素联合扩血管药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月～12月诊治的90例（95耳）突发性耳聋患者。将所有患者按照入院时间随机分为3组。A组（30例、33耳）采用糖皮质激素联合扩血管药物治疗，B组（30例、31耳）采用单纯糖皮质激素治疗，c组（30例、31耳）采用单纯扩血管药物治疗。观察和比较3组患者的治疗总有效率及眩晕耳鸣的恢复情况。结果A组的治疗总有效率为90．91％，高于B组（74．19％）与C组（54．84％），且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组的眩晕与耳鸣的恢复率分别为93．32％、81．13％，高于B组（81．18％、72．47％）与c组（50．45％、58．63％），且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论糖皮质激素联合扩血管药物在突发性耳聋治疗中，能够明显提高治疗有效率及眩晕耳鸣的恢复率，值得应用推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the combined treatment of corticosteroid and vasodilators for Sudden deafness. Methods 90 patients with Sudden deafness at our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected. According to the admission time, all the patients were randomly divided into three groups： Group A （30 cases, 33 ears） was treated by using the combination of Glucocorticoids and Vasodilators, Group B （30 cases, 31 ears）was treated by using glucocorticoid, and Group C （30 cases, 31 ears）was treated by using vasodilators.We observed and compared three groups of patients in the total treatment effective rates,the recovery rates of vertigo and tinnitus. Results The total treatment effective rate of group A was 90.91%, higher than that of group B（74.19%）and group C（54.84%）.The difference was statistically significant among these groups （P〈 0.05）. The recovery rate of vertigo and tinnitus of group A were 93.32%, 81.13% respectively, higher than those of group B（81.18%, 72.47%） and group C（50.45%, 58.63%）.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glucocorticoids combined with vasodilators in the treatment of sudden deafness can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, the recovery rate of dizziness and tinnitus.
