摘 要:随着大庆外围特低渗透油田的开发,对施工排量、施工规模的要求逐步加大,连续油管压裂技术可以对深度变化较大的多个层位进行快速作业,尤其适合多层段压裂工艺,增加施工井压裂改造的层数,提高压裂效率,缩短施工周期,降低施工成本。连续油管输送桥塞射孔联作及压裂、钻磨一体化技术是目前国内外分层分段多、改造规模大的低渗透油气井使用的主体技术,具有不受压裂层(段)数限制、工具管柱简单、不易造成砂卡、解除封堵快捷、桥塞钻铣完后井筒畅通便于后续作业等优点。2015年10月,大庆油田外围低渗透油田利用该技术进行了一口井3段多簇射孔、套管压裂、钻磨桥塞作业施工,通过套管压裂满足多段、多簇、大规模、高效率缝网压裂施工需要,有效解决了开发生产技术难题,为提高单井产量提供了新的技术手段。As the development discharge and scale is demanded of extra low-permeability one of Daqing peripheral oilfields,bigger operation gradually.Coiled tubing fracturing technique can support fast-operation for differ- ent formations with wide range of depth, and fit for multi-stage fracturing tured with higher fracturing efficiency and shorter period and lower operation technique of setting bridge plug, perforation, fracturing and especially.More formations may be frac- operation cost.The drilling-grinding is coiled tubing combination the main one for the low- permeability wells with multi-stage and large-scale.It has several advantages: without limit of fractured interval number,simple bottom hole assembly ,easily avoiding sand stack ,quickly removing plugging,being convenient to well recovery after bridge plug and milling and drilling.In October 2015,this technique was successfully im- plemented as three-stage and multi-cluster perforation,fracturing through casing,drilling-grinding and bridge plug in one well of Daqing peripheral low-permeability oilfield.Fracturing through casing can meet the require ment of multiple stages,more clusters,larger scale,and more efficiency for network fracturing.It solves the tech- nical difficulty in development effectively and provides new technology for improving single well production.
